Hybrid event production & live streaming in Cyprus
Hybrid-event production and live streaming in Cyprus, including cameras, microphones, presentation feeds, switching, remote speakers, rehearsals and backup connectivity.
Let us know the streaming platform, remote speaker workflow, content sources, venue connectivity and setup or rehearsal windows.
Decide how people join before choosing the workflow
A hybrid event can mean remote speakers, a live online audience, session recording or all three. Explain which parts of the programme are live, who is joining remotely and where the audience will watch.
Remote speakers need a rehearsal plan
Collect presenter locations, connection details, content formats and the time each person is available to test. A short rehearsal window helps identify handovers and presentation cues before the event starts.
Streaming starts with the venue connection
Share the venue’s available internet details, any network contact and the streaming platform you intend to use. Requirements depend on the programme and workflow, so these details should be reviewed for each event.
Keep the room and online audience in step
Tell us about camera views, microphones, presentation content, Q&A and moderation. The more clearly these interactions are described, the easier it is to plan the live experience.
Equipment and support
Camera, audio and presentation feeds, switching and encoding, remote-return audio and rehearsal requirements are planned as one workflow. The venue connection and programme timings shape the final setup.
Backup and independent connectivity
Independent 5G or Starlink connectivity can be discussed as a primary or backup option where coverage, line of sight, venue permission and the event workflow allow. It should not be assumed to replace suitable venue fibre in every location.
We can work with common meeting and streaming platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and suitable RTMP destinations, subject to the client account, licensing, audience-access and workflow requirements.
Can remote speakers present live?
Yes. Remote speakers can join live when their connection, microphone, camera, presentation handover, return audio and rehearsal time are planned in advance.
How much internet bandwidth do you need for live streaming?
The requirement depends on the number and resolution of outgoing feeds, platform, remote contributors and backup plan. A dedicated wired connection with stable upload and substantial headroom is preferred, and the actual connection should be tested before the event.
What should remote speakers test before the event?
Speakers should test their microphone, camera, headphones, presentation sharing and internet connection on the chosen platform. Schedule a rehearsal with the production team to check return audio, cues and the handover between the room and remote presenters.
Can the event be recorded as well as streamed?
Recording can be discussed as part of the production brief. Agree which feeds or sessions are needed, the intended use and the delivery requirements in advance. The organiser should also confirm the necessary permissions from speakers and participants.
How do you plan for a connection problem during a live stream?
The plan starts with the venue connection and the demands of the chosen workflow. Backup connectivity, local recording and a response procedure can be discussed where suitable. Coverage, venue permissions and testing determine which backup options are practical; uninterrupted service cannot be assumed.
Ready to discuss your event?
