We collect personal data you provide when you submit an enquiry: your full name, email address, the type of service you need, your event date(s), event location, and any brief details or telephone number you choose to include. This information is stored securely in our website's database so that your enquiry is not lost if a notification email cannot be delivered. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a technical proposal and communicate with you about your event. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
