Tabletop microphones for a U-shaped layout
Tabletop microphones are positioned around the U-shaped table so every participant can contribute to the discussion without passing a handheld microphone. In a boardroom or roundtable format, microphone placement follows the seating plan rather than a stage or lectern position.
Projection screen and presentation position
A projection screen at the open end of the U-shaped table gives all participants a shared view of the presentation content. The screen position and projector throw are planned around the table layout and the available room depth.
Technical operating position
The audio mixer and presentation laptops are positioned with a clear sightline back into the room. A dedicated technical position allows sound levels and presentation sources to be managed during the meeting without interrupting the discussion.
